A lovely hidden gem. Right next to FIU and a great place to stop for a treat. The inside is rather tight but there is some seating space. It is accessibility friendly.

This is my favorite place !!! I basically come everyday and order the same thing. Their menu is so unique and there are so many options to find what you like the most! The staff are the best and I look forward to seeing them every time I come. You better try the OG and the Cotton Candy milkshake ok!!!! Love, Nat !

Great experience and great drinks! They have so many to choose from so I try to get something new everytime I’m there! The staff is also amazing they’re really nice people especially one of the girls named Nacosi! She helped me pick out what kind of drink I wanted and recommended the waffle sandwich which I get everytime I’m there now! Overall great experience :)

Amazing customer service! The girls there are friendly and nice. Variety of drinks and even snacks to get. Love the Oreo milkshake. Though it’s quite small when it’s pack and parking is limited, the flavor it great and great atmosphere.

Me and my sister were hella rushing to go to class and we needed our drink quick and the barista made our coffee so fast and it WAS SOOOOOOOOOO good. 10/10 gorgeous girl was too sweet

Awesome place to get shakes, smoothies and custom stuff such as homemade sodas, energy drinks and coffees. They have loads of drinks to chose from our you can create your own, fast and great service.

This coffee shop is a hidden gem! The cookies are absolutely delicious, the shakes are rich and flavorful, and the drinks are perfectly refreshing. The atmosphere is super chill—perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. I was especially impressed by the fast service and how friendly and attentive the staff was. A special shout-out to Selma, who took care of my order—she was kind, professional, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sip 305 is hands down one of my favorite spots in Miami! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only by the quality of their drinks but by the amazing service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the menu. They take their time to offer recommendations and make sure your order is exactly how you like it — you can really tell they care about the customer experience. Their drink menu is incredible with so many creative options, from refreshing energy drinks to delicious specialty coffees and smoothies. I tried their iced matcha latte and it was perfectly smooth, not too sweet, just how I like it. The Sunshine Sodas are also a must-try — super refreshing and unique! Aside from the drinks, their dessert options are just as impressive. I tried the cookie sandwich and it was absolutely decadent. Everything tastes fresh and is presented beautifully. The place itself is clean, bright, and has a welcoming vibe whether you’re stopping by to grab something quick or want to sit and relax for a bit. Overall, I highly recommend Sip 305 — great service, amazing drinks, and an awesome atmosphere. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Sip 305 has so many fun creations! The possibilities are endless. I love that you can customize so many different drinks and that they are always coming up with new special creations. The staff was super friendly and explained everything to me! I loved the Hulk Extract drink which is their home made hangover remedy/energy drink. The cookies were also delicious! I loved the cookie sandwiches and the cookies alike. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something fun!

This is just a wonderful little spot to get creative drinks. Everyone is super friendly and it proudly holds on to the FIU spirit. Big fan. Strongly recommend. I got the South Beach and Dr 305 this time but they're all so good!
